Vicki's Tour Policies

TOUR PRICE INCLUDES:

Transportation: We use late model motor coaches. All are equipped with restroom, adjustable seats, adjustable footrest, public address system, tinted panoramic view windows, heat and air-conditioning. Electric outlet for charging electronics.

Sightseeing: All sightseeing tours, guides, and admissions are covered in the tour price as outlined in the itinerary. Vicki’s Tours reserves the right to substitute attractions or accommodations with better or equal value if necessary.

Accommodations: Whenever possible we use Hampton Inns or Drury Inn or comparable.

Meals: Meals are covered only if stated in the itinerary. Breakfast (B), Lunch (L), Dinner (D)

Your escort will serve you light snacks & water. Of course, you are always welcome to bring goodies from home.

Luggage: Luggage is limited to one large bag per person. You may, of course, take a piece of carry-on luggage (small enough to fit on the overhead rack or under the seat), if you are willing to be responsible for it. We will not be responsible for damaged luggage; however you can be assured that we will handle your luggage with care.

Gratuities: All necessary tips to bellmen, doormen, and dining room tips on meals in the itinerary are included.

Tour Director: Each tour is fully escorted by a congenial Tour Director whose responsibility includes the handling of all tour details and offering complete attention to the comfort and pleasure of the passenger.

Items not Included in Tour Price:  Meals other than those listed on itinerary. Valet and room service, telephone calls, and all other items of a personal nature.

Reservations and Deposits: Reservations made by phone will be held for six days, pending receipt of your deposit. Seats will be assigned from the front to back in the order in which deposits are received.  Deposits and final payments are due according to the dates listed in the brochure. You will not be billed. PLEASE MAIL ALL DEPOSITS TO P.O. BOX 682, HOOKS, TEXAS 75561. MAKE CHECKS PAYABLE TO VICKI’S TOURS.

Cancellations, Refunds, and Insurance :

Should you have to cancel your tour before the final payment date, Vicki’s Tours will gladly refund all funds other than those designated non-refundable. (Tours involving cruises and airlines differ.) Tickets to a special event are NON-REFUNDABLE. Should a cancellation occur after a final payment date, no refund is given. TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, you can purchase it for ANY trip! A basic medical policy or an enhanced medical policy (Which covers pre-existing medical conditions) are available. If you have pre-existing medical conditions, you must purchase the enhanced medical policy at the time of your deposit. A basic medical insurance policy is available at any time.

Final Tour Information: Ten to fourteen days before departure, you will receive final tour information including your specific departure point and time, luggage tags, hotel list with phone numbers, changes in itinerary, and other information (excluding one day tours)

Smoking: Smoking and E-Cigarettes are not permitted on the motorcoach, we do make frequent rest stops. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on the coach.

Devotional: On many of our tours, we are traveling on Sunday. Vicki’s Tours will always have some type of non-denominational worship service on the coach including a devotional, singing, and prayer.
